I seriously doubt they will respond to you as themselves. They might as an anonymous person, but they won't tell you who they really are.

Usually not. I know a few of them like Dane Cook run their own Myspace sites but they have so many people that message them and leave comments they don't always want to bother writing back.

Their pages mostly keep updates of what they're doing like tours and stuff.

I think it depends on whether or not the celebrity is real or a fake. Some people make celeb web pages so be careful. But who knows maybe they will. One can only try.
